(Dutch) Beroepsmisvorming
Walked into a children's book store last weekened, spotted a book about some monkey called API and my mind immediately jumped to Application Programming Interfaces.
Hence, 'beroepsmisvorming', for which I gather there's no definitive English term.
Some suggestions I received on Twitter: occupational hazard, occupational misformation, professional deformity.
I don't think any of those are effectively used to describe the type of situation described above.
Are they? Or is there another term that one could use?
